• Immediate Check-in and registration of IDs.
• Balance must be paid checking in or within 24 hours from check-in.
• Even if leaving in advance there will be no discount nor refund of whatever sum might have been paid.
• The owner of the Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for objects stolen from within the Bed & Breakfast unless explicitly entrusted to him. He is not responsible for accidents, thefts or robberies that might occur during the guests stay.
• Guest must promptly communicate to the owner any dangerous situation.
• We would like to remind that it is not allowed, for administrative and safety reasons, to invite outside guests in the bedrooms, not even for short periods.
• Guests will be responsible for damages to furniture or any other  object .
• This regulations are considered read and accepted before booking.

Written cancellations received 30 days prior reserved vacation period are eligible for complete refund, with the exception of 15 Euros for expenses.  Those received 15 days prior vacation period: 50% refund. From the 14th day: no refunds.

Check-out before 10:00 of departing day (unless different agreements have been taken)

From 1st April to 31st October and from 15th December to 15th January (different dates may be arranged)
